The process

Schedule a Meet and Greet
Click on Meet & Greet to enter our scheduling page for the initial consultation. Once you have selected a date and time that works for you, the scheduler will prompt you to fill out an intake form. This form is for us to get all the necessary information for the meeting. Please fill it out with as much information as you can.
You will also receive an email with our service agreement when the booking is confirmed. Please read through it and sign the agreement before our meeting. We’ll see you soon!

Initial Consulation
During our Meet & Greet, we’ll get to know the family and discuss the information you have provided in the intake form. If you have any questions, this is a great time to ask us about them. This is also an awesome time for your furry friends to come check us out too if they’re comfortable.
If you decide to move forward and book with us, we do ask to set aside a set of keys and/or access codes for us at the end of our meeting.

Scheduling a Service
If the initial consultation was a success, please use our booking page to schedule your services with us. To secure your spot, we will need a 50% deposit and the signed service agreement to hold your dates. The service agreement was sent out through email when you booked the initial Meet and Greet. The full payment amount is due 24 hours before our first scheduled service visit.
*Please be advised that failure to pay the full amount before our first scheduled visit will result in the forfeiture of the deposit unless otherwise discussed.
